About The Position

Threadline Wealth is an independent SEC-registered investment adviser serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. We combine sophisticated wealth management and investment solutions with a highly personalized client experience. We are a modern independent firm focused on long-term growth, operational excellence, and thoughtful collaboration across advisory, investment, operations, and client service teams. The Marketing Manager is a hands-on role responsible for owning and executing the firm’s day-to-day marketing operations across campaigns, content distribution, CRM management, events, collateral development, website coordination, and digital marketing initiatives in a regulated RIA environment. This individual will serve as the firm’s primary in-house marketing lead and will work closely with leadership, advisors, operations, compliance, and external vendors to drive organized, scalable, and consistent marketing execution. The role is execution-heavy and operationally focused, particularly in the near term, with opportunity for broader involvement in campaign planning, growth initiatives, and marketing strategy over time. This role is expected to help build a more organized, scalable, and proactive marketing function as the firm continues to grow. This position is based in Bellevue, Washington. We anticipate a hybrid work arrangement, with regular in-office collaboration expected approximately 1-3 days per week.
