This is a pivotal, "temp-to-perm" Marketing & Operations Manager role designed for someone to step in and become the "voice" of the business as the owner reduces his daily involvement. Operating 100% remotely (following a 2-week in-person training period), you will have significant control and "skin in the game". You will replace the current call center function, taking direct ownership of leads, quotes, and scheduling while spearheading marketing efforts to increase profitability.
