About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. This position is on-site at the New Bremen, OH location. Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Communications), along with 5-7 related experience.
Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Occasional travel (0-5%)

Experience hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel.

Responsibilities

Create and implement an integrated “always on” marketing strategy for The Goods to bring traffic in store and online.
Evaluate market opportunity and provide recommendations on how best to reach targeted shoppers to achieve business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing and other internal and external resources to create retail campaigns and marketing assets.
Lead online customer strategy to support the desired customer buying experience.
Serve as primary contact for external stakeholders and community engagement.
Establish marketing KPIs for the store and monitor, evaluate and report on the success of marketing strategies and programs.
Develop and manage marketing budget for The Goods.
Develop marketing plans and collaborate with business leaders to bring effective marketing tactics to each brand.
Lead the overall strategy of brand websites providing guidance to optimize the user’s experience.
Support the recruiting marketing needs of the businesses.
Oversee marketing projects and manage associated timelines and deliverables to drive a high level of customer satisfaction for the department.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
