About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team at the Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the SVP of Marketing to influence marketing direction and create positive member and community experiences. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
5+ years of progressive marketing or communications experience.
At least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to comply with government regulations and requirements impacting the credit union industry.
Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
