About The Position

Blue Diamond Attachments designs and builds premium attachments for skid steers, tractors, and mini-excavators—serving equipment dealers nationwide. We’re growing fast and investing heavily in digital marketing, automation, and dealer-focused campaigns. We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can build high-performing funnels and create compelling content that connects with operators and dealership partners alike.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in digital / performance marketing
• Hands-on experience building landing pages, automated customer journeys & email campaigns in HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar
• Salesforce CRM integration experience
• Proven ability to write engaging content for both B2B dealers and equipment end users

Responsibilities

• Marketing automation workflows, customer journeys & email campaigns (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.)
• Landing pages + Salesforce CRM integration
• Product launches & dealer/channel marketing (co-branded campaigns, enablement tools, partner programs)
• Content & brand management (launch messaging, dealer promotions, email, landing pages, website & portal content)
• Multi-channel campaigns (digital + traditional, events & trade shows)
• Market & competitor insight (competitive tracking, voice-of-customer, quarterly insights)
• Paid media (Google Ads, PPC, retargeting, paid social)
