About The Position

Your Wireless is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing, field marketing, and community engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving store traffic, increasing brand visibility, supporting sales performance, and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate combines strong digital expertise with hands-on retail marketing execution and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and data analytics tools
  • Experience with campaign management and paid advertising strategy
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Experience in retail, wireless, or lifestyle branding preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support retail growth and sales performance
  • Manage campaign planning, paid advertising, and promotional initiatives aligned with Verizon programs
  • Partner with the Verizon local marketing team to maximize co-op and brand opportunities
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for device launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for all store locations
  • Leverage data analytics tools to track performance and drive data-based decisions
  • Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns to increase retention and repeat business
  • Coordinate and execute grand openings and store-level marketing initiatives
  • Organize community outreach programs and in-store events
  • Identify and build partnerships with local charitable organizations
  • Collaborate with local leaders and businesses to increase brand awareness
  • Create localized marketing strategies to drive foot traffic
