Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated team leadership and development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including workflow oversight and resource allocation
  • Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop marketing team members
  • Administer the departmental budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI
  • Establish departmental KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans based on market research and business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns across appropriate channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and touchpoints
  • Implement and manage marketing technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Establish metrics to evaluate marketing performance and ROI
  • Generate regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and conversion metrics
  • Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics
  • Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Collaborate with executives to develop growth strategies and expansion opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners
  • Present marketing results and recommendations to leadership team
