The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing inbound digital campaigns to generate qualified Client Accounting Services (CAS) leads for the sales team. This role involves managing various digital marketing channels, including paid ads, paid social, retargeting, landing pages, organic social, and email nurturing. The Marketing Manager will also own HubSpot campaign setup, tracking, workflows, attribution, and reporting, and will build dashboards to report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, pipeline influence, and ROI. Additionally, the role requires managing third-party website and SEO vendors, developing industry-specific messaging, managing technology partner relationships for co-marketing opportunities, creating marketing materials, and coordinating speaking engagements and conference participation. Ensuring all materials align with firm brand standards is also a key responsibility.
