About The Position

The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing for our restaurant group, from menu design and seasonal promotions to event marketing and brand partnerships. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires both creativity and business acumen to ensure our restaurants stay competitive and top of mind. We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industries
• Strong design skills and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative, results-driven campaigns
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across internal teams and with external partners
• Knowledge of restaurant promotions, event marketing, and seasonal sales cycles
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create and design menu layouts and advertising collateral using Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Partner closely with our advertising/branding agency and collaborate with our social media lead
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions (e.g., holiday gift card campaigns, Mother’s Day specials, etc.) to maximize guest traffic and revenue
• Promote restaurant events with compelling campaigns across digital, print, and in-restaurant channels
• Identify and leverage new advertising avenues and partnerships to expand market reach
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts while adapting to individual restaurant concepts
• Manage timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
