The Marketing Manager will work in a cross-functional team environment on a variety of marketing and communication projects with specific focus on strategy, planning and project management for Marcus & Millichap Corporate Marketing. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Business.
7+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role is required.
Excellent computer and internet skills are essential.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Nice To Haves

In-house marketing department or ad agency background is a plus.
Commercial Real Estate industry experience is a strong plus.
Personality type that seeks innovative ways to improve processes, products, and client experience.
Must have a positive, customer-focused demeanor, an eye for detail, precision and accuracy.
Must be able to manage projects from start to completion within the given timeframe.
Experience with Asana is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Develop marketing campaigns supporting strategic corporate services and programs.
Meet with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities to develop strategic marketing plans that align with those goals.
Establish and communicate project deliverables and priorities to stakeholders as well as internal marketing/creative team to gain alignment on project scope and required resources.
Manage day-to-day relationships with internal creative team and cross-functional partners across the firm.
Collaborate with Creative Director and designers to manage creative development and production process of marketing materials.
Writes project briefs and light marketing copy as needed.
Support the marketing team by completing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Must have experience using a variety of marketing tools including both print and digital media, advertising, email, social media, marketing automation, project management, et al.
Must have or will be expected to become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry including terminology.
Has ability to work successfully within a high production volume environment.
