About The Position

FranFund is a consulting company, specializing in franchise funding. We’re not a direct lender. We’re an award-winning funding partner, named the #1 Banking and Financing Supplier in Franchising by Entrepreneur Magazine for 3 years and running. We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to help bring our marketing strategy to life. This role partners closely with internal teams to execute high-impact marketing initiatives, manage event marketing assets, launch lead generation campaigns, and develop email marketing programs using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes initiative, and enjoys translating funding and finance concepts into clear, compelling messaging for franchisors, franchise brokers and consultants, and prospective franchisees. This is a fully in-office role at our office on the westside of downtown Fort Worth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, financial services, franchising, or professional services.
  • Proven experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including email creation and workflow automation.
  • Strong background in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Experience supporting or managing event marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to confidently write about funding and finance topics.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability tow ork independently and anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage lead generation marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Execute campaigns that align with lead and goal objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Create, deploy, and manage email campaigns and automated workflows using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Build segmentation, nurture programs, and drip campaigns tailored to different audiences.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across all email communications.
  • Manage the development and execution of event marketing materials, including signage, collateral, presentations, digital assets, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize lead capture and ROI from events.
  • Understand FranFund’s funding products and financial solutions well enough to write clear, accurate, and compelling marketing copy.
  • Translate financing concepts into approachable, attention capturing and benefit-driven messaging.
  • Create marketing content such as emails, landing pages, blogs, scripts, press releases and other materials.
  • Ensure website content is current, aligned with brand messaging, and optimized to drive traffic, engage the target audience segments and convert visitors into lead conversions.
  • Work with broker networks to optimize FranFund’s exposure.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Work cross-functionally to support FranFund departments and external partners both proactively and reactively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvements within marketing processes.
