About The Position

Marketing Manager About Digacore Digacore is growing – and we’re looking for a marketing leader who wants to build, not just maintain. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and direct visibility to leadership. You won’t just execute campaigns, you’ll help shape how we show up in the market. Role Overview The Marketing Manager will serve as Digacore’s strategic marketing leader , responsible for defining and executing the company’s marketing vision, positioning, and growth strategy. This role is accountable for aligning marketing with business objectives, supporting revenue growth, and strengthening Digacore’s brand in competitive markets. This is a management role , not a tactical executor position. Success will be measured by market clarity, pipeline impact, brand strength, and alignment with sales and leadership .

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with management responsibility
  • Experience in MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services
  • Proven ability to build and execute growth‑focused marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales alignment and revenue‑driven marketing
  • Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Marketing to healthcare or regulated industries
  • Scaling marketing in a growing or mid‑market company
  • Managing agencies and multi‑channel marketing programs

Responsibilities

  • Help shape and execute Digacore’s marketing plan alongside leadership
  • Turn growth goals into focused quarterly marketing initiatives
  • Strengthen Digacore’s positioning in the MSP and cybersecurity space
  • Ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and differentiated
  • Drive campaigns that support new client acquisition and account growth
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality and pipeline impact
  • Own website updates, content strategy, email campaigns, and LinkedIn presence
  • Manage external vendors (SEO, paid media, design) and hold them accountable
  • Track KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously improve performance
  • Help build scalable processes as we grow
