Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for branding and marketing initiatives within our growing Northern California region and will support multiple corporate dining accounts, with other potential opportunities throughout the West Division. This key leader will communicate, train and provide implementation support on marketing and merchandising elements for all consumer experience programs and services. Our Marketing Manager supports corporate initiatives and ensures the brand standards are in place while leading marketing plans to showcase the region for strategic sales growth. They coordinate, support, and communicate all on-going regional projects and work in tandem with the corporate marketing & creative services department on company initiatives, operational resources, and corporate growth. This includes assisting in the promotional materials, digital applications, and service innovations in the business. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Operational Services to ensure revenue, client/consumer satisfaction and Eurest marketing/merchandising goals are met. This position does require regular travel in the region, based on business needs. Please note - this is an on site role

Requirements

Associates or Bachelor's Degree and 3-4 years of communications, marketing, operations and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
Travel to various locations within the Northwest Region, or nationally on an as needed basis.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills - you're a proactive and engaging communicator
Must have a keen sense of merchandising and station presentation.
Must have strong writing skills to assist and create brand materials and voice.
Must be very proficient in Canva & Power Point - the ability to create clear, compelling presentations for operational partners is essential
Excellent project management skills with a strong capacity to meet deadlines and client commitments.
Must be efficient in juggling several projects at the same time and communicating tasks to all stakeholdersApply to Eurest today!
