About The Position

Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, AZ is seeking a driven, Full-Time Marketing Manager to join their team. As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, this role will lead all marketing strategy and execution for Grass Clippings Rolling Hills and Glenrosa. The ideal candidate will be a brand builder, content creator, and passionate promoter of the experience-driven concept built around community, nightlife, golf culture, live events, food and beverage, and modern Arizona energy. This position is responsible for growing awareness, driving traffic, and deepening the connection between the brands and their community, overseeing social media, email, event marketing, partnerships, and community engagement. The Marketing Manager will work directly with the General Manager and collaborate with Golf, F&B, and Events departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts across all activations and guest touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Marketing leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, or a lifestyle brand is strongly preferred.
  • Strong creative instincts.
  • Hands-on content creation skills.
  • Strategic ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well across departments.
  • Genuinely loves building brands that feel alive.
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook management.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, & Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Square.
  • Experience with audience segmenting/targeting strategy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Squarespace & Shopify Website Builders.
  • Experience with photo & video campaign planning.
  • Experience with Google Analytics & social insights.
  • Experience with event & activation promotion/planning.
  • Experience with influencer and partnership outreach.
  • Experience with budget tracking & campaign reporting.
  • Experience with platforms like Monday.com, Asana, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing strategy and execution for Grass Clippings Rolling Hills and Glenrosa.
  • Oversee brand presence, digital content, social media, event marketing, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Grow awareness and drive traffic to the brands.
  • Deepen the connection between the brands and their community.
  • Manage how Grass Clippings and Glenrosa show up across social platforms, email, events, partnerships, and the broader community.
  • Work directly alongside the General Manager.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with Golf, F&B, and Events.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent, on-brand content calendar across all platforms.
  • Create event and tournament marketing campaigns.
  • Develop community partnerships and local brand presence.
  • Execute email and digital campaigns that drive traffic and engagement.
  • Coordinate photography and video efforts.
  • Manage budget.
  • Ensure marketing is integrated into every activation, program, and guest touchpoint.
