About The Position

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. You’ll manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, create engaging content, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. This role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, and brand development
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns to support sales and company objectives
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and video
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media programs to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Write and edit content for case studies, success stories, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to optimize resources and results
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights
  • Assist in budget planning and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives
