About The Position

This is a marketing role for someone who wants the wheel. If you think in offers, copy, and conversion, understand how marketing and sales work together in home services, and want real ownership over growth, this role is a chance to operate at a higher level. You’ll run marketing like a business, not a department, with clear authority, real expectations, and a scoreboard tied to qualified leads and revenue. At Rapid Home Service Group, we’re not a one size fits all contractor. We build and scale specialized home service brands designed to dominate their lane. Roofing, decking, and more coming fast. We're looking to become a 100M portfolio of brands. We own and operate brands like Rapid Roofing and BOSS Decks, each focused exclusively on doing one thing at the highest level, backed by strong systems, real budgets, and a leadership team that understands growth. We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to drive growth across the groups brands, build real marketing infrastructure, and turn ad spend into qualified leads and booked jobs. This is not a posting role. We are not looking to teach someone the basics of this industry. #2 Strategy, Speed, and Ownership You are not expected to personally build every landing page, edit every video, or click every ad button. You are expected to Create offers that convert in home services Shape messaging and copy that builds trust fast Set strategy and priorities Move initiatives forward quickly Hold execution resources accountable We have tech staff, media, and vendors to help execute. Your job is to make sure the right things get built and launched. In addition, we expect you to be skilled enough to be hands on. #3 Numbers Over Feelings If you’re emotionally attached to campaigns, this will not work. Requirements

  • Marketing operators with home services lead gen experience
  • Or marketers who deeply understand home services buying behavior
  • Can manage multiple brands
  • Understands how to CREATE TIME through delegation
  • Strong in offers, copy, and positioning
  • Comfortable with funnels, attribution, and CRMs
  • Fast movers who respect their time
  • Leaders who can coordinate vendors without micromanaging
  • Someone who actively studies marketing and improves their craft
  • You don’t need to be a designer or developer.
  • You do need to understand how homeowners actually buy.

Responsibilities

  • Own offer creation across all Rapid Home Service Group brands
  • Develop messaging, angles, and copy that convert home service leads
  • Drive paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and future channels
  • Work directly with sales to improve lead quality and close rates
  • Brief tech and creative teams for fast execution
  • Manage vendors with clear expectations and timelines
  • Build repeatable home services marketing systems
  • Monitor performance and adjust quickly based on real data
  • Protect speed, focus, and momentum
