About The Position

Isaac Health is seeking a dynamic, data-driven and growth-minded Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive B2B2C marketing strategy. In this role, you will manage the "front door" to our business, driving top-of-funnel growth and brand awareness that directly feeds into our Partnerships, and Client Success teams. You will own the end-to-end marketing funnel—from acquiring new patients via direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels to nurturing a robust B2B pipeline of payers, health systems, and medical groups. The ideal candidate is an ambitious strategic executor who is just as comfortable managing Google Ads and analyzing customer acquisition costs (CAC) as they are coordinating conference logistics, drafting press releases, and hosting engaging webinars. The role offers medium-term growth opportunities to build out a marketing team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in telehealth, digital health, or the broader healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of executing both patient-facing (D2C) acquisition campaigns and B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred), Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • AI native mindset preferred.
  • Experience coordinating conferences, webinars, and managing physical/digital marketing collateral.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns based on CAC/CPL, and build business use cases for marketing spend.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex healthcare topics into engaging content for patients and partners alike.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the entry point for B2B growth by nurturing a robust pipeline through cold outreach campaigns (e.g., email, Cleverly), impactful B2B webinars, and white papers.
  • Design and execute value-driven sales collateral, including one-pagers, brochures, pitch decks, and landing pages to support the Partnerships and Client Success teams.
  • Track opportunities and marketing touchpoints seamlessly through HubSpot, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to drive co-branded collateral, joint marketing campaigns, and press releases.
  • Coordinate all aspects of industry conferences (e.g., RISE, HCBS, MHPA, TAHP, NAMD) for our leadership team.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of physical marketing materials, including pamphlets, flyers, and promotional items for events.
  • Organize and execute high-visibility event activities, such as cocktail receptions and sponsor booths, to put Isaac Health on the radar of key health plans and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage highly successful D2C campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and host patient-facing webinars (e.g., monthly "Learn at Home" series) to drive engagement and retention.
  • Create custom patient welcome packets for different programs and monitor patient feedback forms on a bi-weekly cadence to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Curate and deliver a monthly patient newsletter tackling salient topics in brain health care, aiming for high open rates and engagement.
  • Provide timely email communications for key product launches (e.g., GUIDE, Behavioral Health).
  • Own and grow all Isaac Health social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, highlighting our growth and thought leadership.
  • Launch and maintain targeted landing pages, ensuring accurate information, strong UI/UX, and brand consistency.
  • Continuously execute SEO best practices to achieve and maintain top Google rankings for key clinical and program web pages.
  • Publish monthly blog posts, newsroom updates, and thought-leadership content targeted at payers, health systems, and patients.
  • Rigorously track ad campaign KPIs—including spend, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Analyze performance trends and optimize budgets, ad copy, targeted keywords, and geographies on a daily/weekly basis to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Optimize processes and workflows to ensure Isaac Health meets or exceeds any client expectations and to ensure client metrics are met and outcomes achieved.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and ensure proactively that compliance standards, SLAs, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as HR, L&D, Clinical Operations and Business Operations for all marketing efforts.
