JLL is seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to lead JLL's Central U.S. marketing. This role will work with business leadership on their market-specific goals to develop client-driven stories, messaging, and campaigns for the market, and help leverage global campaigns by localizing them. By fusing client and audience-driven marketing programs with local proof points, products, and processes, the role will supercharge demand generation, brand, and client engagement. The successful candidate will need to strategize with senior business leaders to ensure agreement and clear priorities that will drive revenue and margin growth. A strong understanding of the business lines, product offerings, and current trends is critical to make decisions about where marketing can best move the needle for the business. We're looking for a strategic marketing leader who can both architect the local vision using centralized plans and drive execution, ensuring our marketing efforts are always in service to our broader business goals.
