About The Position

Our growing hospitality design client is looking for a Marketing Manager to build its marketing function from the ground up — making this the first dedicated marketing hire at the firm. This is a true opportunity to build the strategy, shape the brand, and leave your fingerprint on how the firm shows up in the market. You won't be walking into an established playbook. You'll be writing it. If you're a marketer who thrives on creative ownership, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to have a meaningful impact on a growing firm, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive marketing, communications or PR experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Graphic Design or related field
• Experience in architecture, interior design, hospitality, commercial real estate or professional services strongly preferred
• Strong brand strategy, copywriting, PR/media relations & proposal development skills
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Experience with CMS/Wix, Salesforce, email marketing, social media & analytics/SEO tools
• Someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically AND getting into the details
