About The Position

LBAPS is seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing, design, and funnel-building expertise. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission to expand ABA services and family support to 25,000 families across all 50 states. You will lead multi-channel marketing efforts, optimize digital systems, and create high-quality content that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with WordPress (SEO, plugins, optimization, performance)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Video editing and graphic design capabilities
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital growth strategies
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile
  • Excellent English writing and content creation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Tech-savvy with experience in integrations and marketing systems

Nice To Haves

  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Hebrew, and/or Yiddish)
  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral health, psychology, or education sectors

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all marketing initiatives across digital platforms and out-of-state campaigns
  • Build, update, and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog content
  • Improve SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing and educational use
  • Design digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
  • Manage marketing automations, integrations, and CRM-related systems
  • Oversee Google Business Profile, reviews, and local listing performance
  • Write and develop blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and social media content
  • Execute SEO-driven content strategies and keyword research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Research and implement new marketing tools and technologies
