Marketing Manager - Marketing Manager III

Ampcus Inc.Seattle, WA
Onsite

About The Position

We are seeking a self-motivated and strategic Marketing Project Manager / Program Manager (L5) to lead key initiatives that scale localized marketing across our national footprint. In this role, you will take full ownership of cross-functional projects that support regional marketing execution—partnering with central product teams to build a self-service portal, developing repeatable templates for in-office materials, and managing physical marketing experiences in new and existing sites. The desired candidate will be a builder and a problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, works well with a wide range of stakeholders, and has a strong bias for action. You’ll work closely with Go-to-Market (GTM), Regional Operations, Real Estate, Brand, and especially central product teams to bring scalable marketing tools and processes to life.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing project or program management, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements and support tool development.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for building efficient systems and new processes from scratch.

Nice To Haves

  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident, and concise communication skills—able to manage multiple stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Jira).
  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or operational/physical site environments is a plus.
  • Experience with client and its internal tools (Coupa, ContractCentral).

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enable regional marketing at scale.
  • Partner with central product teams to define requirements and support the build of a self-service portal that enables field and regional teams to access marketing assets and tools.
  • Develop and maintain templates and toolkits for in-office marketing materials, including signage and launch collateral.
  • Own and streamline the in-office marketing implementation process, from site launches to product offering updates.
  • Serve as a single-threaded owner across marketing programs, driving timelines, communication, and deliverables end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM, Regional Operations, Product, Real Estate, Brand, and Public Policy to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to invent, simplify, and automate workflows—building processes that are scalable, repeatable, and user-friendly.
  • Track and report on project milestones, blockers, and business impact.
