About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing cannabis company in the Portland, Oregon, Area. This role involves driving the marketing strategy, including the creation of marketing collateral in various mediums, corporate advertising, social media, internal and external communication, and general marketing duties. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Leadership on marketing plan development and execution, create and write content for marketing and brand materials based on consumer buying trends, and leverage new technology and analytics to improve marketing campaign effectiveness and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about branding, marketing, and design in the Cannabis industry.

Requirements

• Experience establishing marketing and branding strategies for Cannabis and/or CBD companies.
• Breadth of marketing projects in web, print, packaging, promotions, social media, newsletters, internal communications, newsletters, email blasts, marketing collateral, retail displays, advertising, print/digital articles, promotional materials, PowerPoint presentations, and/or labeling.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Familiarity of consumer buying trends.
• Data-driven approach.
