Your Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Specialist who will be in charge of creating, planning, and executing local trade strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as Trade Marketing Specialist or time spent in the field of marketing/communications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Marketing
  • Marketing and market analysis skills
  • Strong Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Project Management and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of sell out tools & merchandising
  • Ability to create and cultivate a network
  • Presentation & Communications Skills
  • Digital marketing skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute the segment marketing plan, in accordance with the Marketing Manager
  • Organize and manage local trade marketing events (trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, etc.) coordinating all local suppliers involved
  • Maintain a clean database which is consistent with the business objective of growing penetration
  • Deploy all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailings, web marketing) to generate leads, orders and sales in accordance with the Segment Sales strategy
  • Leverage merchandising value and ensure proper stock management and control
  • Provide marketing cost reporting and analysis to monitor marketing activities, ROIs and sales targets of the different lines of business.
  • Support the Inside Sales team in maximizing the database by developing lead-driving campaigns able to reach potential new customers as well as maintaining existing customers’ energy, loyalty and interest in Technogym
