Dermsquared is seeking a highly accountable, analytically sharp, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the strategic promotion of our portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses vision, strategic problem-solving skills, grounded leadership, accountability, collaboration, and grit. This role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for each initiative, driving healthcare provider (HCP) engagement and conversion through multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and website/landing pages. The Marketing Manager will analyze historical performance data to build predictive models that inform each marketing plan and apply yield management principles to determine which levers to pull to accelerate performance at any stage of the campaign. They will be the central point of accountability for campaign outcomes against the primary performance KPI, reporting weekly on progress toward targets and proactively recommending course corrections and optimizations to ensure results are on track.
