About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team onsite at their Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI. In this role, the Marketing Manager will help lead the marketing team while bringing marketing strategies and initiatives to life. They will partner closely with the SVP of Marketing, collaborate across the organization, and help strengthen the brand, grow engagement, and create meaningful experiences for members and communities. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys developing talent, managing multiple priorities, and combining creativity with data-driven insights to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing or communications experience.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to comply with government regulations and requirements impacting the credit union industry.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
