We are looking for a Marketing Manager to execute and provide input to the product marketing strategy for current and future marketing programs at XKL. You will report directly to and work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing. This role requires a strong coaching leadership approach, with knowledge of product, digital, on-site event, and PR marketing for a technically complex hardware platform. We’re looking for someone who thrives on all things marketing strategy, generating qualified leads, and developing team members. You’ll own the marketing execution from brand awareness through sales enablement to start – we’re actively growing and the role will evolve with that growth.? This is a B2B product marketing role where success comes from strong positioning, product marketing execution, and the ability to turn ideas into strong brand perception. This role involves managing multiple marketing functions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution of technical marketing programs within set timelines. To support and contribute to XKL’s ambitious revenue objectives -- occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
