About the Role As MCE’s Marketing Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind our brand visibility, market intelligence, business development support, and digital strategy. You’ll lead a small marketing team while working closely with leadership, project managers, and seller-doers to ensure our message, content, and pursuits reflect the excellence of our work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in A/E/C or professional services.
  • Strong command of digital marketing, CRM platforms, analytics, SEO/SEM, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring marketing teams.
  • A proactive, organized, collaborative approach—with a passion for elevating both brand and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Brand and content leadership, ensuring consistent messaging and compelling digital presence across channels.
  • High-impact proposals and pursuits that help our teams win the right work.
  • CRM and data-driven insights to guide business development decisions.
  • Integrated campaigns, industry events, and sponsorships that raise our visibility.
  • Scalable marketing processes, systems, templates, and quality standards.
  • Coaching and development of marketing team members.

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 annually.
  • Individual employee compensation is determined with a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, knowledge, skills, geography and performance. Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
