About The Position

Job Overview: Join Boulder Centre for Orthopedics & Spine (BCO) as our Marketing Manager, where you will serve as the strategic marketing lead supporting organizational growth, brand reputation, and patient acquisition. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple service lines, working closely with executive leadership, physicians, internal stakeholders, and external marketing partners. This position is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (required).
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated responsibility for: strategic planning and annual marketing plans, brand management and multi-channel communications, campaign development with measurable ROI, KPI tracking and performance reporting. (required)
  • Experience in a complex or highly regulated environment (healthcare, professional services, or multi-location organizations). (required)
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership, executive teams, external agencies, and cross-functional internal stakeholders. (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS Marketing, or MS Communications) (preferred).
  • Healthcare or medical practice marketing experience, preferably in orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, surgery centers, or specialty physician groups. (preferred)
  • Experience supporting physician reputation management, referral development, and patient acquisition. (preferred)
  • Experience presenting marketing strategies and performance results to executive leadership, boards, or shareholders. (preferred)

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with organizational, physician, and service-line goals; refresh plans quarterly or monthly to track priorities and ROI.
  • Monitor economic and marketing trends; analyze and report KPIs to executive leadership.
  • Maintain current marketing knowledge through ongoing education, industry research, and professional networking.
  • Attend Board of Director and Shareholder meetings as requested
  • Lead and maintain BCO’s brand identity, creative direction, and messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Oversee development of marketing collateral, editorial content, website updates, and patient-facing communications.
  • Manage social media strategy and content calendars across all platforms.
  • Lead public relations initiatives related to physicians, office openings, product launches, and community announcements.
  • Partner with executive leadership, department leaders, and HR to support internal communications and employee brand alignment.
  • Plan and manage community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, patient education events, and local partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly events calendar aligned with strategic priorities and budgets.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and online platforms
  • Collaborate with physicians to enhance visibility, reputation, and referral development through content, speaking opportunities, and media engagement.
  • Serve as a marketing resource to physicians and practice leaders, translating clinical expertise into patient-focused messaging.
  • Support patient growth through referral network development, targeted outreach campaigns, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Serve as a community ambassador for BCO within healthcare and business networks.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market reach and patient access across the Greater Denver and Northern Colorado region.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, brand standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Support BCO’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
