About The Position

Old Shores Golf is a new coastal public golf destination located in Florida’s panhandle, offering daily-fee play, limited Founderships, and a curated real estate offering. It is designed for golfers and coastal lifestyle enthusiasts who value world-class golf, respect for the land, and meaningful connections. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Old Shores Golf’s marketing across owned and paid channels. This hands-on role requires strong writing and design skills, an understanding of golf and coastal lifestyle audiences, comfort with digital marketing tools, and the ability to work independently to drive brand awareness and demand for tee times, Founderships, and Real Estate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ownership and accountability.
  • Strong writing judgment and communication skills.
  • Experience across email marketing, social platforms, paid media, website content, and CRM management.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and self-directed.
  • Sound aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working within a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clear, consistent, and distinctive brand voice across all public-facing channels.
  • Oversee creative output from photographers, videographers, designers, and outside partners.
  • Manage the content calendar across social, email, and website channels.
  • Own all owned social platforms: planning, writing, designing, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Grow Instagram followers to 8,500+ within the first 12 months.
  • Write strong, concise copy for campaigns, announcements, launches, and ongoing communications.
  • Produce storytelling content to build anticipation and long-term affinity.
  • Monitor comments, respond to direct messages, and maintain brand tone, replying within 48 hours.
  • Grow and manage the Old Shores Insider database to 5,000+ qualified contacts in the first 12 months.
  • Develop segmented communications for Insider, Founder, and real estate prospects.
  • Improve website conversion paths, forms, and lead capture opportunities.
  • Execute campaigns supporting tee time demand, Foundership inquiries, and real estate interest.
  • Coordinate launch moments, seasonal promotions, and milestone announcements.
  • Align messaging with business priorities in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a weekly dashboard for leadership covering key indicators (audience growth, campaign performance, lead generation, digital engagement, booking demand trends, competitive observations).
  • Provide clear recommendations based on performance results.
