The role supports member, provider, community, and employee engagement through integrated communications and marketing initiatives while ensuring digital experiences are effective, accessible, secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational priorities. It manages digital communications, website content and functionality, search engine optimization, analytics, visual assets, and selected vendor relationships, and develops and maintains custom WordPress functionality, integrations, APIs, and technical documentation. The employee communicates priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource needs to both functions and follows the applicable approval path before production changes. Material-risk decisions and priority conflicts are escalated jointly to the Vice President of Marketing Communications and designated IT leadership. There are no supervisory responsibilities, though the role may coordinate vendors, consultants, and cross-functional contributors.
