About The Position

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a strategic, customer-centric Marketing Manager to lead marketing for U.S. vertical segments, including hospitality, multi-unit housing, military, and private amenities, with a strong emphasis on priority hospitality key accounts. This hybrid role, based out of the Global HQ in Rosemont, IL, involves owning and executing integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand equity across the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength portfolio. The manager will be both strategic and hands-on, leading campaign development, adapting global programs for U.S. relevance, and creating content that resonates with vertical audiences and key accounts. The role reports to the U.S. Sr. Marketing Manager and requires close partnership with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Global Marketing to ensure alignment, impact, and measurable results. Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with ownership of integrated, B2B campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success developing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to support key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and vertical/segment-based marketing.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and AI marketing tools is preferred.
  • Passion for fitness and familiarity with Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution across U.S. vertical segments, serving as the primary vertical subject matter expert.
  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned with U.S. sales goals, global brand strategy, and customer insights.
  • Activate and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for priority key accounts, including global and U.S.-specific efforts.
  • Localize global campaigns and develop U.S.-specific initiatives tailored to buyer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize programs to drive ROI.
  • Create compelling, customer-centric content and tools across digital, email, social, events, and experiential channels.
  • Ensure messaging and creative assets consistently reflect the voice of the customer and Life Fitness / Hammer Strength brand standards.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Global Marketing to align priorities and execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives and share best practices across marketing partners.
