About The Position

This role is based in our Phoenix, Boulder, or Washington, D.C. office. Are you ready to take the next step in your marketing career? We're seeking a Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for HDI and ICMI's training products. As the marketing lead of our professional training business, you'll drive the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that ignite actions from prospects, drive online conversions, generate qualified leads for our sales team, and support in-person training at our annual events. You will bring strategic marketing expertise combined with creative execution skills to meet training attendance and revenue goals, while elevating our brand reputation. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing function or agency
  • Demonstrable experience in Campaign Management, forming and executing a strategy that raises awareness, generates interest and desire, and solicits action.
  • Experience in Brand Marketing, establishing thought leadership, credibility, and authority.
  • Building and maintaining relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Managing senior stakeholders and indirectly, large complex customers.
  • Stellar copy writing skills that ignites action
  • Strong project management, communication and organizational skills
  • History of Marketing KPI delivery
  • Data Analytical Skills - review data and information, draw conclusions and actionable takeaways.
  • Planning, developing and executing go-to-market strategic marketing plans and accurate forecasting.
  • Marketing Automation; use of Marketing technology/software platforms to streamline marketing efforts and make them more effective.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; written, verbal, presentation
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Commerciality/Budget Management

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with various marketing mediums (SEO/SEM/Social) to drive awareness and grow audience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Senior Director, Marketing to create a marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans, to deliver key marketing and business objectives
  • Discover and pilot emerging marketing channels and digital solutions across diverse platforms including social media (organic/paid), streaming TV, search marketing, digital advertising, and referral programs. We value curiosity and eagerness to learn above existing expertise in every medium.
  • Collaborate on event website optimization to create seamless customer journeys, ensuring content is discoverable and engaging through strategic SEO and SEM implementation.
  • Track engagement metrics and implement targeted strategies to re-engage previous participants and find new prospects.
  • Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns for our training products, including SEM, email, social media, and events
  • Produce impactful marketing and sales materials that create demand and drive conversion from target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and web development, to enhance the prospect's journey and experience on our websites
  • Report on successes and learnings against KPIs, including site traffic, engagement, conversions, and more
  • Grow and nurture target audiences through smart content marketing programs
  • Identify opportunities to build brand awareness and extend reach for HDI and ICMI training through industry conferences, partnerships, and sponsorships
