About The Position

Brandon & Clark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Training Coordinator to support our internal operations and brand presence. This role is responsible for managing social media content, participating in marketing strategy meetings, capturing company events, and assisting leadership in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials using the Trainual platform.

This position works closely with management and plays a key role in strengthening both our external marketing efforts and internal training systems.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media content creation and scheduling
• Comfortable using a camera and recording video content for marketing and internal use
• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience with SOP documentation or training platforms (Trainual preferred but not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

Nice To Haves

• Basic graphic design experience (Canva or similar tools)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and engagement tracking
• Experience supporting internal process documentation

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across company platforms
• Capture photo and video content, including recording special company events, trainings, and team activities
• Edit basic photo and video content for use on social media and internal platforms
• Collaborate in marketing meetings to support campaigns and brand initiatives
• Assist with content planning, promotions, and company announcements
• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms
• Work with department managers to document and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Build and maintain training content within the Trainual platform
• Assist in developing onboarding materials and internal training programs
• Help ensure processes are clear, consistent, and accessible company-wide
• Support the Chief of Staff with project coordination and internal communications
• Track progress on marketing and training initiatives
• Assist leadership with documentation and process improvement efforts
