About The Position

Our goal is to provide future Managers with the tools and experience necessary to jump-start their career. As a part of our team, you will learn from the country’s most respected trainers, how to navigate business relationships, manage a team of peers, and secure continued positive client interactions. The object of the Management Trainee role is to help build on our current outreach systems and techniques, in order to run successful sales and marketing teams. We welcome a collaboration of ideas and market research that will launch our clients to the forefront of their industry, target ideal consumers, and ultimately drive revenue.

Requirements

Excellent analytical and presentation skills and able to multitask.
Effectively balance strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Self-confident and outgoing personality.
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box.
Knowledge of multiple social media outlets to increase the visibility of the organization.

Responsibilities

Work with management to integrate PR campaigns, marketing events, and outreach techniques to increase company profitability.
Act as the initial point of contact for potential and existing customer accounts.
Become the face of the company; present products and services in scheduled meetings and appointments.
Process internal requests from management to support the sales team and maximize territory growth.
Aid in interviewing and training candidates, contributing to the daily growth and development of sales and marketing teams.
