Requirements

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience
  • Written and verbal French and English language skills, due to frequent collaboration with English-speaking teams/clients across Canada and some client deliverables/regulatory reporting obligation are in English
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a related industry (insolvency, credit counselling, banking, finance, or any service Business to Consumer)
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Experience in Digital, Content and Social Media Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Québec localization of the consumer insolvency marketing strategy
  • Provide marketing strategy and execution support in the development, implementation and management of Québec’s regional consumer insolvency marketing plans and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the National Insolvency marketing team in the development of marketing briefs for digital and traditional marketing campaigns in Québec
  • Work with MNP’s national, creative and digital marketing team to develop creative materials for the delivery of the insolvency marketing campaigns, events, and projects in Québec
  • Work with the National Marketing Coordinator, Insolvency to develop and execute the MNP LTD Content Marketing Plan for Québec, including the production of Insolvency content marketing
  • Update and maintain our content and social media calendar for Québec, in alignment with the overall national calendar
  • Work with the National Marketing Coordinator, Insolvency to coordinate, schedule, post and promote engaging content for Québec on all MNP LTD social media platforms
  • Create, monitor and report on social media campaigns (including boosted posts and contests)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement high‑impact marketing tactics that drive conversion
  • Optimize marketing workflows, automations, and outreach sequences to improve lead nurturing and remarketing effectiveness
  • Develop persona‑based sales and marketing playbooks and monitor performance to identify opportunities for optimization and alignment
  • Plan, execute, and analyze Québec A/B testing for remarketing campaigns to continuously improve performance and conversion rates
  • Develop reporting and tracking for marketing plans and campaigns; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to compile marketing performance reports
  • Ensure that all Québec projects are on budget and invoices are coded timely and correctly to proper business units or cost centers
  • Receive, maintain and update all Québec Insolvency office data and website personnel updates
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
