The Work Reporting to the Director, Business Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Personal Lending will play a central role in driving growth across Equitable Bank’s Personal Lending portfolio (primarily Single-Family Residential mortgages). This role leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support digital channels, broker engagement, and sales-focused campaigns. The Marketing Manager will oversee the annual communications calendar, manage content and campaigns across all core digital and broker-facing channels, and develop marketing materials that enhance acquisition and support broker and customer engagement. The role may include leadership of up to two direct reports, and requires strong collaboration with Creative Services, Digital, Sales, Credit, and external vendors. A passion for operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution is essential.
