About The Position

This posting applies to a Full Time Marketing Manager, Molson & Economy role based in Toronto, as part of the Canadian Brand Marketing team. The mission is to build brands that more people want to hang out with by embedding brands into culture and doing breakthrough work that matters and people will care about. The role will be primarily accountable for stewarding, localizing, and executing the overall brand strategy for one of the various brands, to deliver the brand’s annual operating plan. These positions report into the Marketing Director leading each of the respective brands and work closely with the broader Marketing and Commercial team.

  • You have at least 5 years' progressive experience in brand marketing.
  • You have experience collaborating with sales on implementation of marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Molson Coors Canada’s commercial capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers, providing the strategic leadership, direction, and management for one of Molson Coors Canada’s Key Brands.
  • Brand Champion across 360 degrees of the marketing mix in Canada.
  • Responsible for creating, localizing and executing overall brand strategy for Canada; includes key elements of the brand’s marketing and communications plan including TV media, social & digital media, as well as the activation.
  • Ensure effective integration of brand plan / activities with other Company functional areas; including on-premise and retail channels.
  • Key contributor to the development of the annual plan through rigorous analysis of business performance and the development of key insights and recommendations for the business.
  • Manage and inspire external agencies including advertising, promotional, experiential and media in the development of marketing campaigns that are innovative and deliver against the brand strategy.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with senior MCBC stakeholders.
