This position is part of the In House Marketing Manager in Training (M.I.T.) program, designed to develop an individual from the ground up over a one-year period, or quicker based on prior experience and ability. The program aims to address a current lack of flexibility in managers and supervisors who are unable to relocate or adapt to new markets. This initiative will help fill 6-8 Manager/Supervisor roles over the next year due to various reasons such as market openings or personal exits. The program provides an individual who can be developed to enhance a region and offers long-term security for the company. It creates an internal leadership development program, allowing the company to develop new people from outside the organization and industry. A key requirement is the commitment to relocate to the next opening, which may be in challenging hiring markets where timeshare is less prevalent. This ensures individuals are placed when they are ready and possess the necessary knowledge for success, fostering a knowledge-based learning environment.
