About The Position

This role focuses on supporting Business As Usual (BAU) Invoice Operations for a core portfolio of digital marketing vendors. The position involves overseeing the global monthly payment pipeline, ensuring timely processing of over 300 invoices monthly, which represent multi-million dollar marketing spend. A key aspect of the role is identifying and implementing opportunities to automate routine, manual billing tasks using internal tools and process improvements to enhance business efficiency. Additionally, the role requires managing operational relationships with billing and finance contacts within the digital marketing vendor ecosystem, acting as a representative for the company to foster strong partnerships and maintain clear communication.

Requirements

  • High-volume invoice and PO management experience.
  • Comfortable with corporate finance pipelines, expense matching, and variance reconciliation.
  • Direct experience acting as an admin for enterprise tools.
  • Understanding of security levels (e.g., Owner, Admin, Read-Only) inside ad platforms or software suites to manage global team access and conduct compliance audits.
  • Experience building SOPs, FAQs, or wikis (using tools like Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs).
  • Elite organization skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables for budget data).
  • Clear, professional stakeholder communication skills to handle sensitive financial delays.
