About The Position

Support the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives for the Multiple Myeloma portfolio. Work collaboratively with Marketing Directors, cross-functional partners, and agency teams to execute promotional programs, gather customer insights, and support projects that drive brand growth and customer engagement. Develop a strong understanding of the market, customers, and brand strategy while contributing to the successful implementation of marketing plans and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, marketing, science, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
  • Hematology experience preferred; Multiple Myeloma experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting marketing, sales, commercial operations, or related business functions within healthcare or life sciences.
  • Exposure to HCP marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel promotional activities preferred.
  • Product launch experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and customer insights to support business recommendations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with agency partners and external vendors is a plus.
  • Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of HCP marketing tactics and promotional initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors and cross-functional team members to implement marketing plans and support key brand initiatives.
  • Assist in the development, review, and execution of HCP promotional materials across digital, print, personal, and non-personal channels.
  • Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, and agency partners to support the timely execution of marketing projects and materials.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights from field teams, market research, advisory boards, and competitive intelligence to help inform marketing recommendations.
  • Support congress planning and execution activities, speaker programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and other HCP engagement efforts.
  • Monitor promotional program performance and assist with analyzing customer engagement metrics, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and agency deliverables for assigned marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in annual planning, tactical planning, and brand review processes by providing data, insights, and executional support.
  • Support product launch readiness activities and ongoing lifecycle management initiatives within the Multiple Myeloma franchise.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across internal teams and contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence.
