About The Position

Blavity Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager, Health Stack to lead marketing strategy, campaign execution, and partner activation for Health Stack. This 1099 contractor role focuses on increasing Health Stack's audience, brand visibility, and event attendance through comprehensive marketing campaigns, strategic LinkedIn growth, and robust partnership development. The Marketing Manager will act as the central point person for all Health Stack marketing efforts, managing the marketing and campaign calendar, executing campaigns from start to finish, and driving brand awareness via LinkedIn and strategic alliances. This involves setting campaign strategies, briefing internal creative teams, and directly handling outreach, content posting, and event activation. The ideal candidate is a proactive builder and operator who views marketing as a strategic pipeline rather than just social media posts. They possess deep expertise in LinkedIn growth tactics, partnership development, and campaign management, with the ability to both strategize and execute hands-on. This role collaborates closely with internal content, growth, SEO, and client services teams. The position reports to the Chief of Staff with a secondary reporting line to the VP of Digital Operations. Contractors are responsible for their own equipment.

  • Experimental and forward-thinking mindset, with a strong interest in testing new growth ideas, channels, and formats
  • Strong comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in unstructured environments
  • A marketer's mindset, not just a social media mindset; thinks in funnels, pipelines, campaigns, and audiences
  • High-energy, company-first, positive attitude; must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills; outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats
  • A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture
