The Growth Marketing Manager will lead DoorDash ANZ’s performance marketing pod, driving acquisition and growth across performance marketing in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be accountable for delivering against our ambitious business goals, including improving marketing efficiency, expanding reach, driving incrementality and optimising conversion across the funnel. This is a blended manager and hands-on operational role. You’ll plan, execute and optimise media buys and promotional campaigns across performance media channels, including Search, Meta, TikTok, Display and Affiliates, using data and audience insight to shape performance-led growth strategies. This is a highly cross-functional role, and you’ll partner closely with your digital media agency and internal Creative, Analytics, Finance and MarTech teams to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in either Sydney or Melbourne CBD, with three days in office and two days remote.
