The Marketing Manager (Acquisition & Growth) - North America plays a critical role in shaping and activating regional acquisition programs in North America. Acting as the regional go-to expert, this role brings local market insight to inform strategy, develop high-quality campaign briefs, and deliver effective activation across channels. The role owns end-to-end regional campaign execution, works closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and ensures regional insights continuously strengthen global initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in acquisition, demand generation, or campaign marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across multiple channels
  • Strong experience planning, activating, and optimizing regional and global campaigns, including managing an annual or quarterly campaign roadmap
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear campaign briefs and work effectively with creative, content, and media teams
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and commercial teams to support pipeline creation, ABM initiatives, and regional growth strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using marketing performance data to define KPIs, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable reporting
  • Experience managing budgets and agencies, optimizing investment to maximize ROI
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to build strong internal relationships and influence outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Regional champion for acquisition and growth: Act as the regional expert for demand generation and growth marketing, working in close partnership with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue. Bring strong regional insight and audience understanding to shape acquisition strategy and enhance global programs with local market intelligence.
  • Regional campaign development and activation: Lead the development and activation of regional acquisition and growth campaigns aligned to agreed pipeline and growth targets. Translate strategy into clear, outcome-driven campaign briefs that guide content, creative, media, and channel execution. Collaborate across regions to drive consistency, shared learnings, and economies of scale.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner closely with regional sales teams, MSDs, commercial leadership and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment between acquisition campaigns and business priorities. Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Own the regional growth metrics: Work with Marketing Ops and the wider marketing team to deliver against regional acquisition, pipeline and growth targets. Track performance across campaigns, analyze results, and use insights to continuously optimize programs and improve impact.
  • Campaign reporting and optimization: Lead regional campaign reporting and post-campaign evaluations, translating performance data into clear, actionable insights for the commercial organization. Use data to refine strategy, adjust plans, and improve future campaign effectiveness.
  • Agency management: Manage third-party media and creative agencies as required to deliver high-performing acquisition campaigns. Provide clear direction, oversee execution, and ensure outputs meet quality, performance and timeline expectations.
  • Event management: Select and execute regional events that directly support acquisition objectives, pipeline creation and commercial priorities.
  • Budget management: Own regional acquisition and campaign budgets, allocating investment to maximize impact, efficiency and ROI. Track spend and performance against targets.
  • Teamwork and role modeling: Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture that encourages experimentation, learning and continuous improvement, in line with Mambu’s values.
