The Growth Marketing Manager owns predictable, studio-level demand across The Athletic Clubs, driving paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and lifecycle execution. This role owns CAC, lead flow, and conversion performance by studio - partnering closely with Operations, Content, and external vendors to turn strategy into booked classes and new members. This is a highly analytical, execution-heavy role for a marketer who lives at the intersection of performance media, CRM, and local market dynamics. Success is measured in booked calls, time-to-booking, cost efficiency, and sustained growth - not vanity metrics.
