Ceva North America is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support its marketing efforts across its dermatology portfolio in the United States. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and managing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for the development and execution of marketing collateral and programs for both Rx and OTC products within the dermatology portfolio, focusing on brand growth, market share gains, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing acumen, an understanding of the animal health industry or human OTC category, and a desire to learn and grow quickly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 - 5+ years in marketing, preferably within the veterinary or animal health industry or Human OTC category.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development process of agreed-upon marketing tactics and day-to-day tasks in support of overall strategies (US and Global).
  • Draw insights from market data to inform approach and present data-driven insights to management.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to reach target audiences effectively (B2B & B2C).
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging materials such as brochures, social media posts, and educational resources related to canine and feline skin health.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives (defined KPIs), using data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work with US Commercial Teams and Global Franchise Marketing Teams.
