About The Position

This role is for a Marketing Manager - Demand Creation within the Upstream Chemical Services Team, focusing on resolving customer operational challenges in the FPSO market. The team provides integrated high-performance equipment, chemicals, real-time data, and services to enhance profitability and asset life. As a member of the Green Field project team, the individual will drive company growth by leveraging expertise and relationships to differentiate from competitors through technical excellence and commercial acumen. The goal is to build strong relationships with major global oil producers, secure repeat business, increase market share in the FPSO sector, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 10 years of Upstream Chemicals Offshore experience
• Previous experience in a sales, commercial or business development role is highly desirable
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Established project management skills
• Valid work authorization in the country of employment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead greenfield projects in the western hemisphere, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with major global oil producers (e.g., ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, ENI, Petrobras)
• Provide technical and commercial expertise to influence project design and specification
• Ensure our products and services are preferred for project execution, leveraging lifetime project value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
