Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or capital equipment
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts including Health Systems or National Accounts
  • Proven experience in go-to-market execution and sales enablement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of downstream marketing strategy for the Central Fill portfolio aligned with business growth objectives
  • Develop and deploy compelling value propositions emphasizing operational efficiency, scalability, and patient impact
  • Contribute to commercialization and lifecycle marketing activities to drive sustained adoption
  • Develop targeted marketing programs tailored to National Accounts and Health Systems, including IDNs and large pharmacy operators
  • Partner with Strategic Accounts and Sales teams to align marketing with account plans and revenue targets
  • Support executive engagement strategies, customer workshops, and key account activations
  • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth
  • Support product launches, campaign execution, and field enablement initiatives
  • Represent Central Fill portfolio at tradeshows, conferences, and customer events
  • Develop sales tools, messaging, and customer-facing collateral for enterprise-level selling
  • Enable Sales teams with insights and materials tailored to health systems and national customers
  • Partner with Commercial Operations to optimize lead flow and conversion
  • Collect and synthesize voice of customer and market trends to inform strategy
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing programs
  • Track performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, engagement, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights
