About The Position

This role is responsible for driving marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for Samsung's mobile experience offerings. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Samsung Care+ services, collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and creative services teams, and analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities. The position also involves monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the device protection, technology or mobile industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Business analysis capabilities
Experience with product roadmapping
