About The Position

The Marketing Lifecycle Analytics Analyst is responsible for measuring and analyzing prospect and consumer behavior across the marketing lifecycle to identify opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness, conversion, and profitable growth. This role transforms customer and marketing data into actionable insights that help optimize the customer experience and support data-driven marketing decisions. The Marketing Lifecycle Analytics Analyst partners closely with Marketing Lifecycle Analytics Managers, Marketing Strategy Analytics, Marketing Performance Analytics, Marketing Science, Campaign Management, and other business stakeholders to deliver analyses that improve customer progression throughout the marketing funnel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Science, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Knowledge of full-funnel marketing principles and customer lifecycle measurement.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, behavioral analytics, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience analyzing customer behavior, conversion performance, and digital engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency using SQL to query, analyze, and validate large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from complex data.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings clearly through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across marketing, analytics, and business teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with experimentation concepts and measurement methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and customer data platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze funnel health across awareness, consideration, acquisition, retention, and cross-sell stages.
  • Analyze customer movement through marketing and digital experiences to identify opportunities to improve customer progression and conversion.
  • Identify customer drop-off points, behavioral trends, and engagement patterns throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop audience segmentation analyses and behavioral insights to support marketing strategy and personalization efforts.
  • Perform lifecycle, cohort, conversion, and customer behavior analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate lifecycle performance and key customer insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business partners.
  • Partner with Marketing Performance Analytics to understand how channel performance influences customer behavior.
  • Support Marketing Science by providing customer journey insights that complement attribution, experimentation, and marketing impact analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to answer business questions and support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across lifecycle analyses and reporting.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, measurement approaches, and reporting efficiency.
