About The Position

Ditto is the fastest growing college-facing dating platform reimagining the world of social connection. In just 9 months, we’ve reached over 40,000 users at 4 UCs and are backed by world-class investors, including Google and leading VC firms. We’re building a product that goes viral on campuses and brings authentic matchmaking to Gen Z and we’re just getting started. We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Lead who has directly contributed to taking a consumer or social product from zero to 500,000+ users. You bring deep expertise in launching, scaling, and iterating growth strategies for Gen Z consumers, especially in the college space. You’ll shape our campus expansion playbook and unlock explosive user growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an early team member growing a consumer/social app from 0 to at least 500,000 users, ideally in social, dating, or campus-focused apps
  • Track record of building and scaling college ambassador or on-campus growth programs
  • In-depth understanding of what drives virality, attention, and retention among Gen Z students
  • Skilled experimenter who makes data-driven decisions and iterates quickly
  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work at a fast-moving startup pace
  • Passion for connecting people and an authentic voice that resonates with college students

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our college-facing growth and acquisition strategy with a clear path to reach 500k+ users
  • Design and lead high impact on-campus activation campaigns, ambassador programs, university partnerships, and grassroots student outreach
  • Identify viral growth loops and deploy tactics that consistently drive new signups and active engagement within college communities
  • Analyze user data and field insights to launch rapid growth experiments and iterate for stronger results
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of student ambassadors and growth specialists on key campuses
  • Partner closely with product and content teams to ensure flawless execution and campus tailored messaging
  • Represent Ditto at major college events, evangelizing the platform and forging relationships with student organizations
